David Neuhardt has been a member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary of AVHC since June, 2003.
David practices business law in a Dayton law firm and lives with his wife Sharen on a farm outside of Yellow Springs. He is very interested in all aspects of U.S. and local history, including the Civil War. He regularly teaches a class on Ohio canal history for the University of Dayton’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and is active with several local and statewide history and antiques groups. He also is an officer and trustee of Tecumseh Land Trust, a regional land preservation organization, and is the long-time volunteer counsel for the League of Women Voters of the Greater Dayton Area.
